首頁部落格分類Jonathan的課程英文字彙片語"打馬賽克" 的英文怎麼說?Teacher SammySeptember 26, 2013 1 min在影片中為了遮掩不雅畫面或為了隱藏當事人臉孔時, 會將某個部份模糊化, 也就是 ”打馬賽克” 這在英文裡叫 pixelate [ˋpɪksəlet ] (使...圖素化) 或 blur [blɝ] (使...模糊) 這兩個字是動詞, 所以要講某人的臉或某東西 ”被打上馬賽克” 就要用被動語態 比如: The kangaroo’s private parts were pixelated / blurred. (這隻袋鼠的私處(生殖器官)被打上馬賽克了) (注意 blurred 裡有重複 r ) 大家在買數位相機時會看到的 pixel 是指 ”像/畫素”, pixelate 就是它的動詞 這張圖片是澳洲觀光局發表的一張照片, 但因為把袋鼠的生殖器打上了馬賽克 當時引發國際一片爭議...... (有些人會認為這就像把小嬰兒或小狗小貓的生殖器官打馬賽克一樣 他們會覺得 ”天然 ㄟ 尚好”, 多此一舉, 這麼做的人自己心態有問題) 我們再造些句: In the video, the witness’ face was pixelated / blurred, and the voice was altered. (影片中, 證人的臉孔被打上馬賽克, 聲音也經過變音處理) I can’t believe they even pixelated the baby’s private parts. (我真不敢相信他們竟然連嬰兒的私處都打上馬賽克) Due to the gory nature of the film, certain scenes contain pixelated parts. (由於這部影片的血腥本質, 某些場景中將有部份影像被打上馬賽克處理) 至於 ”打馬賽克處理” 的這種行為則是名詞 pixelation 造個句:Pixelation is a common technique used in films and videos to blur a person’s face or private parts.
